In our new, modern, interactive, and "green" customer center, you can get all the information you need about our products and services in the field of energy supply, energy consulting, and smart solutions for your home and business. You can also handle all matters related to contracts, invoices, meter readings, or any other inquiries.

The SPP Customer Center integrates services with modern technologies. Before entering, you'll be drawn in by an LED panel displaying basic information about our products and services. You can take care of what you need with the help of our experienced staff or via the new self-service zone. We've replaced paper documents with tablets. Our sustainable approach is highlighted by various digital aspects offering SPP's services, replacing traditional leaflets and posters. Additionally, you can easily register and make the most of your time. You’ll be notified via an SMS when it’s your turn.

A visit to our customer center won’t be boring for children either. They have access to a tablet with games and quizzes, or special Montessori panels.
