The name Chilantro combines several meanings—cilantro and chili, flavors iconic to Tex-Mex dishes, as well as "chill out," reflecting the relaxed and friendly service you can expect from us.

Chilantro started in the summer of 2017 as a street food concept in a courtyard in the center of Bratislava. Our goal was to offer great food in a welcoming atmosphere. That hasn’t changed, but we’ve moved to a new location and refined our concept to provide a wider menu and faster service, all while maintaining the authentic taste of Mexican cuisine.
